East Timor - Washed Organic 8oz bag
Coming from a farmer cooperative in East Timor, this organic coffee is the joint effort of many small farms which cultivate their coffee plants at elevations ranging from 1000M - 1400M (3280’ - 4590’). The result is a coffee bean that we like to roast to a Dark profile which brings out the robust mouthfeel more familiar to Indonesian coffees but also a slight tanginess which differentiates it from many Sumatran coffees.
Tasting Notes: Dark chocolate, graham cracker, creamy finish
Hipster tasting notes: Dark chocolate glistens in a solar bath beyond the boundary of atmospheric oxidation. Graham cracker pellets rest asymmetrically on the surface mimicking a recently-cooled equatorial lava flow. Cedar & graphite pencil shavings from your 2nd grade classroom surround the nose. The silky finish dissolves into the fabric of space-time.
8oz resealable bag with one-way CO2 valve to preserve freshness
