Sumatra Mandheling - Wet hulled 8oz bag

$13.00

Sumatran coffee represents the majority of the coffee production across all of Indonesia. This coffee is grown in Aceh Provence between 1200-1400m (4000-4600’) and is processed with a wet hulled processing method that is common in Sumatra because of their naturally humid climate. The result of this cultivation and processing brings familiarity to those who’ve had Sumatran coffee before. This coffee is the highest grade Arabica (G1 on a scale of 1-6) meaning it has the greatest consistency and is meant for specialty single-origin roasting, not necessarily mass blending. We roast to a med/dark profile to balance all the great character of the cup resulting in a heavier mouth feel and smooth drinking experience.

Tasting notes: Earthy with brown sugar sweetness, cedar, darker spice notes throughout

Hipster tasting notes: A robust figure clad in lumberjack plaid somberly strolls the rain-softened forest floor foraging for spices to enhance breakfast. A leather-bound riddle dissolves in candle syrup. Woodland creatures scatter at the powerful exhale of relief at the end of the sip.

8oz resealable bag with one-way CO2 valve to preserve freshness
