Costa Rica - Washed 8oz bag

$12.50

This coffee comes from Hacienda La Minita in Costa Rica which is a highly regarded producer known for consistent quality and sustainable farming practices. This particular coffee is a combination of farm production which range in elevation from 1300-1900m (4200 -6200’). Though a lighter roast profile highlights the fruit flavors in this coffee, we find that a medium roast profile gives a more balanced cup with greater chocolate notes and a pleasant mouthfeel. It’s smooth and easy-drinking on it’s own but is a star in a latte or cortado.

Tasting notes: Cocoa, tropical fruit, honey-like sweetness

Hipster tasting notes: A winter kumquat is “tarred and feathered” with caramel and powdered sugar. Honey drizzles upward missing the giant coca target. You are both the observer and the experiment.

8oz resealable bag with one-way CO2 valve to preserve freshness
