In starting the farming operations back up, the focus is centered around sustainability, gaining Organic certification, Fair Trade certification as well as Rainforest Alliance certification. This particular coffee is shade grown at an elevation from 1500-1800m (4900 -5900’). We love the flavor profile of this coffee and roast to a medium profile to balance the unique combination of earthy and fruit tones. It’s very smooth and will shine across many different brew methods.
